Two Drawings and a Kickstarter Project
May the 4th be with You!
Hey Jason and Jimmy. Just a quick greeting and some swag for you boys. As a token of my goodwill, I present to you a gift: These two drawings. The first is a free cartoon created JUST FOR YOU -- a ForceCast exclusive. Royalty and copyright free! Use it as you please. It's basically my version of Luke's gift of C-3P0 and R2 to Jabba. Not that I'm saying you represent Jabba the Hutt. Or that I'm going to come back for the cartoon later and make a huge mess of things (i.e., killing your Rancor monster, blowing up your sail barge, and... er, having my bikini-clad sister choke you with a giant chain). Ah, Jeez. That metaphor kind of got away from me.
That second image there is yours as well. My brother and I (just two simple men trying to make our way in the galaxy) are trying to, well, kickstart an animated show over on Kickstarter.com and created the poster to show our love of Star Wars. Though Kickstarter's copyright policies prevent us from gushing about The Wars, if we get this thing funded, Fox and Bigfoot will be loaded with references to The Franchise, including nothing but love for the prequels.
Hope this doesn't come off as too much of an annoying pitch, we're just letting everyone we know about our project and we really feel like you guys are part of our family, too. Please check out the page if you have the time and tell your friends about us if you like what you see!
Your friends in The Force,
The Brothers Ryan

Hello ForceCast,
I just thought I would check in and share with you what awaited me this lovely Monday morning when I got into the office.
Last December, I played a little office prank on my co-worker for the holidays (see first picture). Well, this Friday, she decided to get even!
I am well know in the office as "The Star Wars Fan." I often wear my Her Universe gear to work, have my desk decorated with random bits of Star Wars fandom, and have been given Star Wars gifts in the office Secret Santa. This Friday (May the 4th) I had to call in sick, leaving my desk vulnerable to attack. Turns out, my co-workers had taken note of my excitement about Star Wars Day.
These pictures represent what greeted me upon my return: a stormtrooper invasion.
The cutouts were everywhere, my desk, recycle bin, computer tower, my chair! As well as on my phone receiver, hidden among my pens, on my mouse, EVERYWHERE. It has been nearly 2 hours and I am still finding them hidden among my notebooks, in my desk drawers and behind my other desk decorations.
I hope you all had a wonderful May the 4th. Can not wait to see everyone in August!!

Jim,
A recent trip to the U.K.'s only Space Centre where my lad is attending university (computer games programming) revealed a nice little Star Wars surprise - needless to say I remember it well.
